I do not know when or where Alex's last (solo) show was played.

The most recent Big Star audio show I have is from November 18, 2009. Not sure if that was the last BS show but it's the most recent I have.

thanks Rhett, I saw him play a couple times once solo in Glasgow back in 1990(?) with members of the future Teenage Fanclub, and BMX Bandits as his backing band, and once as Big Star here in London, I wish I'd seen more.
