SHOPPING CART

Once you have found the product that you want, click the "Add to cart" button to place it in your shopping cart. After you click "Add to cart", your shopping cart contents will be displayed. On this page you can:

- View the product you have chosen
- Change the quantity of the products in your cart by changing the number in the 'Quantity' and then clicking 'update'
- Remove the product by checking the remove box and then clicking 'update'
- Continue shopping

When you are ready to confirm your order and make payment, click on the "Checkout" button.

PAYMENT

Major credit cards and PayPal funds are processed through the secure servers of PayPal Inc., payable to 'Frontline Arts'. 

OBTAINING DOWNLOADS

Immediately after completing payment for a digital product(s), you will be sent an email that contains links to the items you purchased. Click on each link to save each file to your computer. If your download failed, you did not receive an email, or if you need to download the items again, please refer to the following directions:

1. If you did not have a Lochanside user account when you purchase a digital product, one was issued to you automatically. The login details were sent to you through the email that you specified on the order form. Use this information to log in to the site by clicking on the "Login" link on the top left of the site. After you login, you can click on the link, "My Downloads", located on the top left of the site (where the "Login" link was) to access your file downloads.

2. If you purchased a digital product while already logged in to an existing Lochanside account, your files will be waiting for you to download in your "My Downloads" link.

3. A list of file names (including image files) will be displayed. Click on a file name to start downloading the file to your computer.

SHIPPING

1. We can not ship items to countries outside of the United States and Canada at this time. Please be advised that we can not refund payment for any reason if you choose to buy a physical product from outside the United States or Canada. However, you may purchase digital products from anywhere in the world.

2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Your items will be shipped via either USPS or UPS. All orders being shipped to a USPS Post Office Box will be delivered by USPS.
